Stormwater rehabilitation events occur all over the City of Thunder Bay throughout the summer and fall months of the year. Events include L.I.D. construction, riparian zone planting events, stream bed remediation, etc.
Come out and volunteer at the Stormwater Planting Event!

Students meet at Agora Circle at 8:30 AM for the bus. Limited number of spots on the bus, first come first served! Event will run until about noon. Other volunteers please contact Sara Cockhill at email@example.com and inform of your participation.
Location: Clayte Street (off of Balsam Street) crossing of McVicar Creek
Please bring your own: shovels, trowels, work gloves, and buckets for mulch and water if you have them! Work boots and safety glasses are suggested. We will split the group into 3 teams: mulchers, waterers, and planters.
If you need specific accommodations for health or safety reasons, please let an organizer know ahead of time so we can do our best to meet them.
Water and snacks will be provided.
